After having worked with PAN India healthcare organizations such as Fortis, Manipal, Medanta, Narayana Health, Paras, ICICI Health and many more for the last 15+ years, I look to bring in the knowledge and experience to collaborate with hospitals, clinics and diagnostic services in order to strengthen quality systems, improve patient safety, enhance operational efficiency, and successfully achieve NABH accreditation.
My approach goes beyond documentation. I work alongside leadership and hospital teams to build systems that are practical, sustainable, and aligned with your organization’s long-term vision.
